Comprehensive Nursing and Home Health Services
Our qualified professionals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, delivering a full spectrum of nursing and personal support services for children and youth in the comfort of our medical residential homes.
Our Nursing Care Includes:
- Medication Administration: Safe and accurate delivery of prescribed medications.
- Wound and Post-Surgical Care: Expert management to promote healing and recovery.
- Chronic Disease Management: Ongoing support for conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and other long-term health needs.
- Specialized Clinical Skills:
- Tracheostomy care
- Catheter and nephrostomy tube care
- Ostomy care
- Feeding tube support
- Injections
- Infection control
- Palliative care for children with complex or life-limiting conditions
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and daily routines.
- Pediatric Care: Specialized support for children with diverse needs, from newborns through adolescence.
