Inspired by our compassionate team and dedication to creating a safe, understanding space, we invite you to join us in our mission to help individuals and families grow and succeed.
The Behavioural Support Worker (BSW) is a cornerstone of our care team, playing a vital role in supporting individuals who face behavioural challenges. Working alongside families, multidisciplinary professionals, and community partners, the BSW promotes positive behaviour, builds personal skills, and enhances the overall quality of life for the individuals in our care.
The Youth Addictions Worker is a front-line residential position responsible for delivering direct care, programming, and therapeutic support to youth residing in Sheltering Wings Youth Transitonal Residential programs. The Youth Addictions Worker is a consistent, trusted presence in the home — someone who builds genuine relationships with youth, maintains clear expectations, and responds to complex situations with both compassion and structure.
