My strengths-based approach integrates play and art therapy methods to help children and youth express themselves, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.<br \/><br \/>My work focuses on social-emotional skill development and social skills coaching, helping children and youth strengthen skills such as emotional regulation, communication, problem solving, impulse control, and positive peer interaction. I have supported individuals experiencing complex emotional, behavioural, medical, and social challenges, including those affected by trauma, systemic barriers, and limited access to services.<br \/><br \/>I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and youth, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and developmental or learning differences.
